A little about me
I’m Justin Smith, based in Twin Falls. I’ve bought, grown and sold a locksmith business. Today, I run operations at Adventure Idaho, leading a seasonal team of more than 40 people.
My work spans hiring, training, sales, marketing and building the systems behind the operation. I enjoy working alongside the people doing the job, understanding the details and making the business better.
